Working with both clients and service providers Palladium improves organisations’ ability to make, implement and manage sourcing decisions. Palladium is an ITSqc Authorised Organisation – approved by Carnegie Mellon University to perform eSCM capability determinations for both clients and service providers. eSCM is a Capability Model for Outsourcing and Shared Services. Palladium has also developed ServiceFrame – an OnDemand Service Management tool for Clients and Service Providers.
