The organization has satisfied all eSCM-SP v2 Capability Level 2 and 3 Practices with provisional satisfaction of the following:

tfr04: Establish and implement procedures to transfer resources from the organization.
tfr05: Establish and implement procedures to manage the transfer of personnel from the organization.
