The eSCM-SP is a best practices Model created to improve the global eSourcing market by creating a dedicated model for the industry while defining standardizing activities and measures. The documents of the eSCM-SP detail the implementation and use of the Model by Service Providers but are written for anyone interested in understanding the practice of eSourcing.
The Model is currently in its second version and is in use by a variety of organizations world wide. A complimentary model - eSCM for Client Organizations was released in 2006 and centers on the issues of sourcing by client organizations.
The following is a continually growing set of documents about the eSCM-SP. It includes technical reports about the Model itself, comparisons to other models, and other resources relevant to the Model.
