Visa Letters
Please advise ITSqc if you will require a visa letter regarding your course attendance. Please contact Kelly Widmaier at 1.412.268.3825 or via fax at 1.412.268.5131.

Cancellation policy
Course registrations may be cancelled more than two weeks before the start of any course without charge. Cancellations received within two weeks of the start of a course incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular course tuition. Substitutions may be made at any time before the start of a course at no charge.
