| Only employees and agents of Authorized Organizations are eligible to be Authorized Evaluators, Lead Evaluators, and Authorized Trainers.
When applying to the ITSqc to become an Authorized Organization, organizations that are not Consortium members must demonstrate through their application and supporting materials that they have the capability (or a plan to develop the capability) to field a full Evaluation team (i.e., at least 4 Authorized Evaluators, of which at least one must be an Authorized Lead Evaluator). For more information, please refer to the ITSqc Code of Professional Practice.
To become an Authorized Evaluator, you must have successfully completed both a model course (the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers Course and/or the eSourcing Capability Model for Client Organizations Course) and the eSCM Capability Determination Methods Course. Then you must participate as a team member in one or more Capability Determinations, with observation, mentoring and feedback provided by ITSqc. Once you have demonstrated the required skills and behaviors, you become an Authorized Evaluator.
To become an Authorized Lead Evaluator, you must be an Authorized Evaluator, apply and be accepted into the Lead Evaluator program, successfully complete the eSCM Lead Evaluator Course, and participate as the Determination team leader in one or more Capability Determinations, with observation, mentoring and feedback provided by ITSqc. Once you have demonstrated the required skills and behaviors, you become an Authorized Lead Evaluator.
Please see the ITSqc Code of Professional Practice for more details about Evaluator and Lead Evaluator Authorization.
